About Me

Hoot & Heart Flower Company was founded by a brother and sister team, Blake and Laura Bachman.

Blake attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, returning to California to work as a Brand Manager with a variety of companies from Hospitality to Cosmetics. Laura attended UCSB, moved to Rome for a year, traveled all of Europe and some of South America, ended up in an internship for TOMS Shoes and drove by the FOR LEASE sign at the once infamous Santa Rosa Flowers location just a mile from where they both grew up.

Laura picked up the cellphone and called Blake, big smiles, a couple trips to the County and TWO weeks later they were open for business.
The pair have Santa Rosa Valley Dirt under their nails once again. Roughly one Hoot and Two Hearts later.
